Soldering: Traditionally, it has been common practice to solder components to printed circuit boards using a convection oven. Ledrhythm uses a special method to solder its components in liquid. This ensures a stronger bond between the component and the PCB, while also significantly reducing solder porosity. Lower porosity reduces the risk of cracking. Furthermore, since the environment in which welding occurs is enclosed, no oxidation occurs during the welding process. This method originated in the aerospace industry and is rarely used in the lighting industry due to its high cost.

Heat Transfer: To ensure the best heat transfer from the PCB, Ledrhythm has placed heat exchange fins between the PCB and the case. This has several advantages over commonly used thermal pastes. Not only does the solder paste have no chance to dry out, but the solder paste also has no chance to get on the components. Such pastes often contain chemical components that are harmful to electronic components, which is undesirable. Heat exchanger plates protect components and lamps from short circuits and overheating, extending the life of both.

Cable management: Practice has shown that moisture can sometimes enter LED lights through cables, with disastrous results. By applying a unique connection between the cable and the lamp, Ledrhythm lamps do not have this danger.

Individually Tested: After production, each lamp is individually tested to determine if the lamp meets our high quality requirements. Each lamp was also inspected using a thermal imaging camera to ensure all specifications were met.

Moisture-proof enclosure: The luminaire is installed in a room with low humidity. This results in low pressure and low humidity in the enclosure. This minimizes the risk of oxidation and condensation for optimum light output. This makes the light suitable for all kinds of extreme conditions.

Materials: All lamps and fixtures are made of high-quality aluminum. Aluminum is tested by X-ray scanning to check that it meets quality requirements.

Screws: All screws are made of 316 stainless steel, sealed in the shell, shockproof and anti-corrosion.

Paint: Aluminum housing with a "chrome conversion coating" that increases the corrosion resistance of the luminaire. Then apply a double layer of "powder coat". Titanium is used for powder coating to improve the heat transfer capabilities of the housing.

PC sheet: The polycarbonate sheet used by LEDRHYTHM is a UV-coated PC sheet. This ensures durability and prevents tarnishing.
